I’m blaming Twitter. I’ve noticed that I switch between Tumblr and Twitter. Right now, I guess I’m a Twitter person. I feel bad. Sorry Tumblr.
For those of you with Twitter, follow me @claaronet. :)
It no longer exists between me and certain people. I keep thinking about all of the people I used to call about my best friends. We’re not even friends anymore. Why did we grow apart? I don’t know. I don’t believe it was me that changed, I believe that it was all of you. I never really was close to anyone and it’s really hard for me to be close. People seem to run away from me when I try to create a friendship like that, but I guess you can’t create those, you just let it happen to you. I’m not even trying to make friends this semester. I was letting people to come to me and having other to try to be my friend for a change. It’s actually kind of working. The other day, I had someone ask me if I had a Facebook. I was really excited when that happened. I guess I know how to interact with people now. I can’t wait for next semester to start.
This post was totally going to be about something totally negative, but I got side tracked and it turned out to be positive. Haha.

“social anxiety cat”
I seriously though someone else was making those noises until I realized it was the cat. xD
That was hilarious.

I’ve decided that I’m going with the Gonzalez reeds. I played on one last night and it seemed so much better than the Vandorens I use. Now, I’m looking for a new mouthpiece since I’m playing on the crappy Yamaha C4. I think I want to get the Vandoren B45. I used it last year and my teacher would always tell me how great I sounded. I’m just not sure though. I want to know what everyone else is using. I also have a Dark Rovner ligature. Help?
I’ve got only a couple reeds left in my box, so that means it’s time to get some new ones! I currently use Vandoren V12’s, but what I’d like to know is what kind of reed do you use? Maybe there’s something better out there than what I have. I’m thinking about buying Gonzalez reeds because they come in .25 increments, so it should be easier for me to move up.
For some reason, I haven’t gotten it yet. They told me that I was get paid every two weeks on Friday and I was supposed to get my first paycheck this past Friday. I haven’t gotten it yet. At first, I was thinking that the mail is being slow, but now, I’m thinking that it might have gotten lost in the mail and someone else might have ended up with it. So now, I’m worried that $112 just went down the drain. I also recently set up my direct deposit on Saturday. How does that work? Does the money automatically go into my account when I get paid?
As some of you may have been reading from my posts, I found this community college called Riverside City College. They have this amazing marching band and music program. I had thought that it was only 24 miles away from here and I was going to enroll in that school and just take their marching band class next fall. It turns out, though, that Riverside City College is actually near Los Angeles. That is not 24 miles away from here. 24 miles away from here is Riverside Ave. Never trust Google Maps for directions. Anyway, my idea is to move down there for a year just to experience what it’s like to live on my own. I will not do this if I don’t have a roommate or a job, because I need assurance that I’ll be able to live on my own and I won’t be able to do those things with out those two necessities. I only live once, and I want to do as much as I can with my life. If this plan goes through, I would like to visit Riverside, CA during spring break or most likely during the summer. Once the summer almost comes to an end and the fall semester of 2012 comes to a start, we shall move down there, with our jobs and our stuff and experience REAL life. I’m really considering this. For those of you who live in Riverside: is it a good place to live?
